Features

One platform, thirteen modules. Switch on only what you need.

Most ERPs make you buy the whole suite and use a quarter of it. ATLAS is modular by design: owners toggle modules on and off in Settings. Disabled modules hide from navigation — their data is preserved and comes back when you re-enable them.

The catalog

Everything in the plan

All thirteen modules are included in the $250/month plan. No tiers, no add-on shelf.

  • Schedule

Build and publish weekly shift schedules with copy-week and shift adherence tracking. Manager-driven — no shift-swap chaos.

  • Timesheets

Clock in and out from the field or a shared kiosk with typed-ID anti-buddy-punching, breaks, and manager approvals.

  • Payroll

Approved hours become pay — hourly with 1.5× overtime, salaried by rule — posted to the ledger automatically. No direct deposit or tax filing: deliberately out of scope.

  • Invoices

Branded PDF invoices with sequential numbering, recurring templates, quote-to-invoice conversion, and refunds that post reversing entries.

  • Quotes

Branded estimates with line items and tax, plus a token-based approval page where customers approve or decline — no login required.

  • CRM

Customers, leads, pipeline, and appointments, with an activity timeline that pulls together quotes, invoices, payments, and jobs.

  • Work Orders

Job creation, assignment, checklists, a field-notes timeline, and customer signature capture on completion.

  • Dispatch

A visual board for assigning technicians to jobs. Honest scope: no route optimization and no real-time GPS.

  • Inventory

Products, stock levels, transfers, movement history, and low-stock alerts across your storage locations.

  • Procurement

Purchase orders with PDFs and email, a vendor list, goods receiving, and vendor-invoice payments.

  • Reports

Canned sales, labor, inventory, and profitability reports with date ranges — plus labor-spend CSV export.

  • Data Import

Upload, confirm, and import CSVs with templates and a guided setup — built for migration day.

  • Customer Portal

Customers log in via emailed magic link to see quotes, invoices, work orders, and appointments. Online card payments aren't enabled yet — we say so plainly.

Two honest footnotes. Online card payments through the customer portal are still in test mode, so they aren't promised — invoice delivery by email and PDF works today. And Projects is the thinnest module in the catalog: a simple project list with a TODO / in-progress / done board, not a Gantt chart.
